our difference

BioAdvance CBD™ a water-based CBD with 30x the penetration of regular CBD oil.

Most CBD infused skincare products today are oil-based.

The problem with oil based products is that CBD’s topical bioavailability is very low – very little CBD makes it past the very  topmost layer of skin to where it can actually do some good.

We knew there was a better way.

We developed BioAdvance CBD™ a water-based CBD with 30x the penetration of regular CBD oil.

  • BIOADVANCECBD™

BioAdvanceCBD™ absorbs up to 30x more than regular CBD. In order to experience the amazing benefits of CBD, it needs to penetrate the skin to reach our endocannabinoid receptors. Regular CBD is oil based and shows very poor absorption yet is used by the entire industry.

We at American Vanity were not satisfied with this solution and searched for a better way.

Our search led us to water dispersible CBD technology, which we used to developed BioAdvance CBD™ using certified organic, US-grown CBD Isoalte.

  • anti-inflammatory

Inflammation is natural. It’s our body’s built-in defense system to protect itself. When your body perceives an injury, it sends reinforcements of all kinds to the scene—aka inflammation. Once the issue is resolved, the body’s inflammatory response subsides and things get back to a more normal state.

Inflammation can be triggered both internally (think diet, stress, health conditions) and externally (think pollution, sun exposure, air quality), contributing to unwanted skin conditions. Some of the most common effects that we see are redness, early signs of aging, hyperpigmentation, and stubborn breakouts.

There’s no one-size solution or perfect serum for targeting inflammation, but so many healthy ways to come at it. Focus on products loaded with antioxidant-rich fruits and botanicals, healthy omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, and vitamins A, C, and E.

  • ROSACEA

If you suspect you have it — your cheeks, nose, chin, or forehead are persistently red or you notice small visible blood vessels — see a dermatologist. Treatment involves lifestyle changes to avoid triggers, such as reducing stress and limiting sun exposure, choosing fragrance-free skin products, and minimizing your skincare routine overall.

  • Anti-acne

Although it’s very common, acne is a lot more complicated than most of us realize. For instance, there are different types of pimples (whiteheads, blackheads, et cetera), which may be inflamed (red, swollen, painful) or not. Acne can also be influenced by many factors in your life, such as your hormones. So if your acne is severe or if your over-the-counter treatment options aren’t helping, it’s important to see a dermatologist who may be able to prescribe you something more effective.

  • DEHYDRATED SKIN

Dehydrated skin is more than skin that’s lacking water. The skin’s acid mantle may be in tact, but the water levels in the skin are lower than average. Dehydrated skin is characterized by fine lines and wrinkles and is easily alleviated with use of hydration boosting products and ingredients like hyaluronic acid, Vitamin E, peptides and more.

  • powerful anti-oxidant

Antioxidants are the hardest-working skin-care ingredients in the game. Not only do they scavenge free radicals—the number one skin-aging culprits—to promote a brighter, more even complexion, they’re also the superstars at nixing fine lines and keeping skin looking fresh.
